Apply to become ECTP Project & Policy Officer in Brussels!


Working in interactions with the ECTP Secretary General and the ECTP team, the Project & Policy Officer is in particular in charge of the main following activities:

Responsible for EeB PPP related activities

  • Elaboration of the yearly EeB PPP impact monitoring report to the EC.
  • Elaboration of the yearly EeB PPP Project Review.
  • Support to the elaboration of other documents and participation to dedicated events.

Responsible for the operational execution of EU projects (Coordination and Support Actions) where ECTP is involved (e.g. ThinkNatureHomes4Life)

  • Support networking / community building.
  • Support the organization of events & workshops.
  • Support other activities contributing to the project execution (research work, data collection…) and selection / management of ECTP experts for dedicated activities inside the projects.

Internal and external communication and events

  • Identifying relevant news and events for the members.
  • Delivering news for the website.
  • Management of ECTP social networks.
  • Participation to internal meetings such as General Assembly, Steering Committee meetings, meetings of the various Committees, and in charge of establishing minutes and summary reports.


  • You have at least a Bachelor or a Master degree level in engineering or in Business and/or Political Sciences.
  • You have a very good command of English (fluency in writing and speaking), and preferably French too, or any additional language.
  • You have a good knowledge (or at least understanding) of the European institutions.
  • You have an interest in the construction sector and the built environment, and in R&D and innovation activities.
  • You can quickly grasp information on technical issues.
  • You are fully digital proficient (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Web technologies).
